Return & Refund Policy

Summary

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Do not send anything without approval. Start your return via our Contact page or email info@maisonjeanp.com to receive instructions and the correct return address. We don’t publish a return address on the site.

  • Orders ship directly from our supplier; approved returns are sent back to the supplier in China. Return shipping is customer-paid (approx. €20, varies by carrier).

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused/unworn, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase. (For hygiene and safety, see exceptions below.)

How to return (3 steps)

Step 1 – Request approval. Submit a return request via our Contact page or email info@maisonjeanp.com. If accepted, we’ll send you how and where to ship your return (RMA). Unapproved returns are not accepted.
Step 2 – Ship with tracking. Send your parcel using a carrier with Track & Trace; you are responsible until it reaches our partner.
Step 3 – Refund. Once the return is received and inspected, we issue the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method (your bank/card may take additional time to post).

Damages & issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can put it right (replacement or refund after verification).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Hygiene: intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) once tried/worn cannot be returned. For jewelry, pierced earrings are non-returnable once the seal/packaging is opened.

  • Customized/personalized items (e.g., engraving) are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Want a different item? The fastest route is to return the original (after approval) and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Cooling-off (EU)

For orders delivered in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Our 14-day window and process above apply.
